  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All returns will be refunded via store credit.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

Tru3 B3llas is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still  take 3-5 business days to process your order. 

This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

 To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. 

Use the correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.

 

  • HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

You can exchange unused purchase in sellable condition within 14 days of your original purchase. 

As a customer you are responsible for shipping and handling fees of exchanges or returns. 

This fee typically starts at $7.95 and above, depending on your location.
